Setting up a Temporary Remote Access Session on Android

  • 1) Install the SimpleHelp Remote Support app
    Open the Google Play Store and install the app from this link:
    https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.simplehelp.remotesupport

  • 2) Open the app and choose "Enter server address"

  • At the bottom of the first screen, tap Enter Server Address.

  • 3) Enter the server address
    In the Server Address box, type infinics.support, then tap Start Support Session.

  • 4) Enter your details
    When prompted, enter your name and company (any details are fine), then tap Enter Support Queue.

  • 5) Wait for a technician/Enable screen sharing
    You will see a "Waiting for a technician to join" message. Once we're connected, tap the … button in the bottom-left corner, select Enable screen sharing, choose Share entire screen, then tap Share screen.
