1) Install the SimpleHelp Remote Support app
Open the Google Play Store and install the app from this link:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.simplehelp.remotesupport
2) Open the app and choose "Enter server address"
At the bottom of the first screen, tap Enter Server Address.
3) Enter the server address
In the Server Address box, type infinics.support, then tap Start Support Session.
4) Enter your details
When prompted, enter your name and company (any details are fine), then tap Enter Support Queue.
5) Wait for a technician/Enable screen sharing
You will see a "Waiting for a technician to join" message. Once we're connected, tap the … button in the bottom-left corner, select Enable screen sharing, choose Share entire screen, then tap Share screen.
